I LOVE LOVE LOVE Taralynn McNitt and her wonderful website with quick, simple, and easy food options to eat a healthy low-calorie diet. Since I've kind of stopped eating healthy and working out often...and have gained back 10 pounds already...I think its time to hop back on the band wagon and start living healthy and fit again.
