We went to the NC State Fair last weekend. We couldn't make it to the pumpkin patch because of the rain...so the following day we made plans to visit the overcrowded fairgrounds. It was rather chilly outside, but we had a good time. Kelsey wanted to walk EVERYWHERE (without holding our hands of course), so we unfortunately had to carry her a lot. She loved the animals the most, especially the cows and baby chicks. She probably could have spent the entire day staring at them. We made sure to eat an elephant ear before we left...I mean isnt' that what the fair is for anyways?!?! The food!?!?! Here are some pics from that afternoon:
