Diaper Cake Pink and Green

Today I started working on the diaper cake for my neighbors daughter. Think it turned out cute, but can't figure out what needs to go on top. Any ideas?

    Why don't you put a baby bottle in the center with little flowers around it? You did a great Job!!!
