Kelsey was in "hog heaven" since she was able to make castles with her presents. She also learned that telling Grandma Cheryle or Grandpa Gordon she was scared would result in getting picked-up or consoled. This only made her scared of EVERYTHING!!! It was pretty funny watching them interact.
We had a wonderful time seeing everyone. Mom and Dad fed us really well (why didn't I ever learn how to cook like them) while we were there...with shrimp, and ribs, and steak, and turkey, and millions of sides...oh my! We went to the beach one day, got to see "Little Fockers" with Shane and Meg one night (LOVED it!!), and spent the rest of the time hanging out!
The best part of the trip (besides getting an IPAD...hip hip hooray!) was spending time with everyone outside by the new pool area. Even though it was cold, and I did not come prepared with bathing suits, Kelsey and Jon were able to hop into the jacuzzi and warm up. They had so much fun, and I got to snuggle up near the fire pit and catch up with Dad and Shane. Mom and I got to hang out each morning because of our early little alarm clock (Kelsey). And little Meggy Moo was sick the entire time (and still sick to this day), but she still tried her best to hang out as much as possible.
We had such a wonderful time...if only we could see them more often...Here are some pictures from our trip!!!Christmas Morning
