Birthday Surprises: Kelsey Turns 2

Our little baby is growing up speedy-quick (Junie B. Jones adjective)!  Kelsey is now 2 years-old and is quite the BIG girl!  She is starting to talk a lot more, has a HUGE imaginiation, and loves to be active.  Since her birthday was on a Monday, we let her open "some" of her presents and saved the rest for her family LUAU the following Saturday.  Kelsey was quite the pro at opening her gifts and was WOWed by them all...literally...she said "Woooooow" every time ;) 
We are blessed to have such a happy little bundle of surprises!  She makes us smile and  keeps us on our toes.  Here are some of the new and funny things she likes to say: Eeeeeewwww, coffee?!?!, come on, peas (please), ween up (clean up), Phia (Sophia), Aus (Austin), Rowan (Rowan)...all kids in daycare...cool, beach, kite, pool, milk, juice, Ga-ma (Grandma), PawPaw (Grandpa), bike, one, two, three, nine, ten (in that order), cheers, fly (arms flapping), K (ok).
Things she likes to do: ride her bike (Flinstone style), care for her babies, talk on her cell phones, dress up (bracelets, necklaces, make-up, bows, rings, high-heels)...she's definitely a girly-girl, cook, have tea parties with Dad, read books about shapes, objects, animals and colors, make cities out of blocks, dance (circles, shoulder raises, "raise the roof" with arms, kick and stomp, "put a ring on it" with her hands, go on walks and wagon rides, play in her water table, collect shells, swim at the pool and play in the sand at the beach...etc.

She's a pretty active kid, but that's what we love about her!  Happy Birthday Miss K!  Love, Mom and Dad
